What you need
Two things: a browser wallet and a little ETH on Robinhood Chain. MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and other wallets that announce themselves to the page all work. The smallest entry is 0.0005 ETH, plus gas, which on Robinhood Chain costs a tiny fraction of that.
You do not need $CLF to play. Rounds are staked and paid in ETH.
Open the app. Reading needs no wallet; only submitting does.
1 · Connect your wallet
Press Connect wallet in the header. A picker lists every wallet your browser offers; pick one and approve the connection. The app then asks the wallet to join Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663, and adds the network if your wallet does not know it yet.
Connecting only shares your address with the page. Nothing is sent until you sign a transaction.
2 · Read the card
The round bar at the top names the round, its hour in UTC and how long entries stay open. Entries close five minutes before the hour starts, so nobody who enters knows any part of the price the round is measured from.
Below it is the card: the questions of this hour, each with its options. Which card you get depends on the hour:
- Weekday card, for rounds that start Monday 02:00 to Friday 23:00 UTC: up (will NVIDIA close the hour higher?), lead (which of NVDA, GOOGL and ETH gains the most?) and severity (how far will ETH move, either way: No impact, Minor, Major or Critical?).
- Weekend card, every other hour: up and severity, both about ETH, because ETH trades deeply around the clock.
Each question is answered by the chain from Uniswap V3 prices: the 5 minute average price at the start of the hour against the one at the end. The Card and As a Clef call toggle shows the same questions as the JSON request a decision model would receive.
3 · Start from the Clef reference
Every bar carries a small tick mark: the Clef reference. It is our own transparent baseline, a realized-volatility model built from the same on-chain prices. It is not Cloudflare's Clef model, and it is not advice. It gives every round a sensible number to beat.
Press Use Clef reference to fill the whole card with it in one go, or Reset to go back to an even split.
4 · Nudge the bars
Drag any bar, tap a point on it, or type a percent in the box beside it. The other options of that question rescale in proportion, so each question always adds up to exactly 100%. On a keyboard the arrow keys move a bar by 1%, and with Shift by 10%.
Say what you actually believe. The scoring rules reward the probability you hold, not a bold guess: a 60% you believe beats a 95% you do not. The guide on how Clef scores you shows why with real numbers.
5 · Pick a stake
Type a stake in the Your entry panel or tap a preset: 0.001, 0.005, 0.01 or 0.05 ETH. Each entry can be 0.0005 to 0.1 ETH, and a round takes at most 1 ETH in total.
As you edit, the panel updates three things: the pool so far (entries and ETH staked in this round), your expected score if the world behaves the way your own probabilities say, and the payout range after fee, your worst and best case against the entries already in. If you are the first in, the stake comes back in full whatever happens, because a lone entry is always refunded exactly.
The fee is 5% of profit only. A losing or break-even entry pays no fee.
6 · Enter
Press Submit decision and confirm in your wallet. That is one transaction, enter(round, card, probabilities), with your stake as its value.
One entry per wallet per round, and it is final: you cannot change or cancel it.
7 · Where to see the result
Your entry appears under Your rounds in the app, with a status that follows the round: open, live while the hour runs, settling right after it ends, then won, lost or even. The keeper settles every round with entries within minutes of the hour, and anyone may settle it too.
When a round pays you, Claim all collects every claimable round in one transaction. There is no deadline once a round is settled.
Each round also has a public recap at /round?id= plus the round number: the questions, the chain's answer, the measured price moves, the pot and the top cards by score. Over many rounds your record builds up on the Decision Index, where a Your stats panel shows your rounds, average score, best round, streak and calibration.
Stake only what you can afford to lose. A payout depends on everyone's forecasts and can be less than your stake. The contract is tested but has not had an external audit.
